A lucky draw held on 18th October, 2020 will decide the winner of the OnePlus Nord Smartphone. The lucky winner’s name will be announced on our official Facebook and Instagram Page.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The participant’s name will be registered in the lucky draw list for every Recharge made within the given duration. (Your name can be on the list multiple times)
2. After the winner is announced on our Facebook and Instagram page, he/she will be contacted by the IME Pay Team to discuss safety protocols to be followed for the handover of the prize.
3. ‘IME Pay 1 million download contest’ is brought to you by IME DIGITAL SOLUTION LTD (‘Organizer’).
4. This Campaign is valid from 4th October to 15th October, 2020.
5. Contest is open to Nepalese citizens who are residents of Nepal, except the employees/family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its Merchants, its Bottlers, its advertising and promotion agencies and its auditors.
6. Only IME Pay registered mobile numbers will be eligible for the participation. Transfer or Recharge from a registered mobile number to an unregistered mobile number will not be valid.
7. IME Pay holds the right to use the picture/ entry of the participants/ winners for the purpose of declaring the winner.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to change/modify/or withdraw the Contest without any prior notice of the same at its sole discretion.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
10. The winners will be selected randomly, by lucky draw.
11. Lucky winner must contact IME Pay within 7 working days, otherwise IME Pay holds rights to hold the prize.
12. The result shall be announced on 18th October 2020.
13. The prizes are non-transferable.
14. The participant has no right to demand the prize as per their preferences. No other alternative will be offered for the prize in whole or part.
15. By participating in this Contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein at all times without any exception whatsoever.
16. The decision of the Organizer with regard to validity of the comment/entry shall be final and no claim or communication with respect to that comment/entry by the Participant shall be entertained the Organizer.
17. The Participant taking part after the Contest Period (4th October to 15th October, 2020) will not be eligible for the Prize.
18. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the Prize.
19. Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Contest or due to participation by any person in the Contest.
20. By participating in this Contest, it is assumed that the participant has read the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.
