General Terms and Conditions

1. The campaign period starts on Asoj 14 (October 1, 2023) and ends on Mangsir 3 (November 19, 2023), 50 days in total. Except for the bumper – unlimited shopping offer, which will run till the end of December 30, 2023.
2. All the transactions done through linking the bank account shall only be eligible for the offer. 
3. The winner and prize announcement that falls on the public holidays will be announced on subsequent business days.
4. Prizes are non-transferable or convertible to cash, credit, or reward points. 
5. IME Pay reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. 
6. To participate in the IME Pay Digital Dashain Tihar Campaign, users must have an active IME Pay wallet account and should make any transactions from IME Pay for eligibility, besides cash-in, cash-out, and wallet-to-wallet transfers.
7. By participating in this campaign, it is assumed that the user has read the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.

Airlines Promo Code T&C

1. The promo code “FAMILYPACK” can only be utilized for Airlines ticket purchase transaction.
2. The “FAMILYPACK” promo code will give Rs 500 cashback to first 600 customers on first come first serve basis.
3. To avail of the offer, users need to purchase a minimum of 4 airline tickets and must enter the promo code “FAMILYPACK” while booking
4. The promo code can be used multiple times during the campaign period.
5. The promo code is applicable for Domestic airlines only.

TV Promo Code T&C

1. The promo code “WORLDCUP” Cashback offer is subject to specific IME Pay service i.e. TV Recharge.
2. Users can get 10% cashback up to Rs. 150 by using the promo code.
3. The “WORLDCUP” promo code is valid from October 1, 2023, to November 19, 2023.
4. The promo code can be used only once per user account during the campaign period.
5. Users are required to enter the valid promo code provided by IME Pay at the time of making their TV payment.

Daily Cashback Promo Code T&C

1. Every day 50 lucky winners will be randomly selected for the offer.
2. The daily winners will get the promo code of Rs 100 via SMS.
3. The winner can use the promo code on any bill payment (TV, Internet, Water, and electricity), airlines, and topup.
4. The minimum cart value to use the promo code should be Rs. 100.
5. The promo code will expire within 7 days from the date of the SMS issue.

Weekly Ultima Winner T&C

1. Every week, 1 lucky winner will get an Ultima Gift Hamper, resulting in 7 weekly winners throughout the campaign.
