Follow these few simple and quick steps to Receive your Remittance Money on your IME Pay Digital Wallet:
STEP 1: Tap on the “Remittance” tab on the bottom left side of the home page.
STEP 2: Tap on “Receive Money” on the left side of the screen.
STEP 3: Tap on “Country” and you will see a list where you can search and select the sender country.
STEP 4: Enter the Control Number and Expected Amount as sent by the sender and tap the next icon. Make sure you read and tick the Terms & Conditions.
STEP 5: Enter your 4-digit IME Pay Wallet Pin Number.
STEP 6: Check the status of your remittance money transfer and tap on the next arrow icon.
STEP 7: Review your transaction details and tap on the “Receive” button
STEP 8: You will have now successfully received your remitted amount directly on your IME Pay Wallet. Tap on “See Receipt” or the “Done” button to return to the home page.
