STEP 1: Tap on the “Water” icon in the Bill Payment section of your homepage.
STEP 2: Enter your Customer ID number and tap on the “Organization” menu to find your Khanepani organization.
STEP 3: Search and select the name of your Khanepani organization.
STEP 4: After selecting your Khanepani organization, tap on the next arrow icon (->).
STEP 5: Your bill details are displayed on the screen. Click on the “Pay Bill” button.
STEP 6: Enter your 4-digit IME Pay Wallet Pin Number.
STEP 7: Review your transaction details and tap on the “Confirm” button.
STEP 8: You have successfully paid your Khanepani Bill via IME Pay. Tap on “See Receipt” or on “Done” to return to homepage.
