How to Link Bank on IME Pay with OTP(One Time Password) from selected Bank

Digital payment services are far more convenient substitutes for traditional payment methods. Long lines and hectic processes are being replaced with a few taps on your smartphone. The IME Pay app, a secure and reliable digital service provider, allows users to make payments for a variety of services and send money to your friends and family from the comfort of your own home. Follow these few simple and quick steps to Link Bank on IME Pay with OTP(One Time Password) from selected Bank:

STEP 1 : To link Bank account, click on the “Profile” section.

STEP 2 : Scroll to “Linked Banks” section and click on the “Link Now” button.

STEP 3 : Select your bank from the list of available banks.

STEP 4 : Enter the details:

-First and Middle Name

-Last Name

-Bank account Number (Twice) and Click on “Proceed” button.

Note: The entered details must match the customer details maintained in the Bank.

STEP 5 : Enter your 4-digit transaction pin number.

STEP 6 : IME Pay system will generate an OTP.

STEP 7 : Enter the OTP received via SMS and Continue.

STEP 8 : You have successfully linked your bank with your IME Pay Wallet.


1.  Customer must enter the information correctly. All 3 parameters entered must match at the Bank’s end.


-First, Middle and Last Name

-Bank Account Number

-Mobile Number

2. In case of any mismatch information, the customer must visit the Bank Branch to update his/her KYC details and process further.
