How to Link Bank on IME Pay via Bank Branch

This is the process for customers to link their IME Pay wallets to their bank accounts.

Customer must first initiate the Bank Link Request from IME Pay App. Following is the step-by-step process for customer initiation:

STEP 1: Go to “Add Money”
STEP 2: Tap “Link Bank”

STEP 3: Select the Bank
STEP 4: Fill in the information

STEP 5: Select “Link via Bank Branch”
STEP 6: Input 4-digit PIN
Customer should receive a success message

STEP 7: The Customer must then visit the Bank Branch, fill the “Bank Account Link Request Form” and submit to the Bank.

The Bank will need to approve the request. Once the user is verified they will receive a text message.
